Once upon a time, United Airlines asked us to help woo Southwest flyers over to their side of the terminal. Besides the usual OOH and social (which we did as well!) we wanted to do something a little more cheeky and attention grabbing.

Miss your check-in time? Ouch. We came up with a solution to reach across the *proverbial aisle* and give Southwest flyers a little help avoiding Group C…while reminding them that, if they flew United, they wouldn’t have this problem to begin with ;) Introducing….
THE COURTE-C CALL!

An automated reminder system that will call you *right* before your check-in time so you can do your best to avoid a less than desirable seat.
In just our first week… the phone was ringing off the hook! Over 1.48K total posts related to the Courte-C campaign. 89.8 million potential impressions! And 694 calls made!
And the one article that took our campaign a little ~too seriously? Someone came TO OUR DEFENSE in the comments. When does that ever happen!?! Thanks Alan!
